I specialise in organisational development, impact and evaluation, and engagement. If I'm not doing that, you'll find me writing toolkits and resources, delivering training and professional development, and from time to time running workshops or speaking at conferences and seminars. At times I collaborate with others and am proud to be Associate Consultant for National Lottery Heritage Fund, Earlyarts, Frankly Green & Webb, Trinity College London, and Curious Minds. charlie booth, EVALUATION PRODUCERWith a background in arts and cultural engagement Charlie has worked across many art and cultural forms, projects, types of organisation, and scale of programme. She brings with her a wealth of experience reporting to and liaising with funders at local and national levels, and working with me on data collection over many years. Charlie works part time with me on all evaluation activity, especially on face to face data collection, qualitative interviews, and regular monitoring and data management. She also supports me with training and report writing. Charlie is a can-do, positive, pro-active, conscientious and fun addition to the team.

I am a National Lottery Heritage Fund appointed Consultant for Organisational Resilience and Public Engagement, and an Association of Independent Museums Organisational Change Enabler. I'm also a member of national and international organisations supporting research, evaluation, organisational development, social impact, health and wellbeing, and engagement.
