I like to help people feel better, brighter and more capable through arts, heritage, creativity, science, nature and health. Whether that's the staff who make it all happen, or the public who get involved.
I specialise in organisational development, impact and evaluation, and engagement.
If I'm not doing that, you'll find me writing toolkits and resources, delivering training and professional development, and from time to time running workshops or speaking at conferences and seminars.
At times I collaborate with others and am proud to be Associate Consultant for National Lottery Heritage Fund, Earlyarts, Frankly Green & Webb, Trinity College London, and Curious Minds.
I have up to date DBS checks, professional indemnity insurance and public, product and employers liability insurance, and am registered as a data protection officer with the Information Commissioner's Office, Reference: ZA377936.
And continually update my professional development through memberships, training, desk research and attendance at workshops, seminars and conferences.
I am a National Lottery Heritage Fund appointed Consultant for Organisational Resilience and Public Engagement, and an Association of Independent Museums Organisational Change Enabler.
I'm also a member of national and international organisations supporting research, evaluation, organisational development, social impact, health and wellbeing, and engagement.
My ethics policy outlines how I incorporate the needs of everyone involved in my work accessibly, inclusively, respectfully, in compliance with safeguarding, equalities and data legislation; and my approach to minimise negative impacts on the environment.
