fundraising. It can be a helpful team, business planning, or strategy activity as it helps you boil down, in the most simple terms, exactly what you exist to do, and how you do it. Once you've answered these questions, you'll have all the information you need to quickly put your theory of change together - either as a written description, a chart, table, or an infographic. The tool below is a free download and has been created based on years of working on impact evaluation and organisational development with a huge range of very varied organisations.
