If you have a specific question you need help with, book this one hour completely confidential and non-competitive support session.

How it works: When I receive your order I'll contact you to arrange a mutually convenient day and time. Sessions can be held by phone or Zoom. Your session will be completely confidential and non-competitive so you can talk in as much or as little detail as you want.

If you need more than one hour, order multiples and we can book them all together. Or a half day session might suit you more.

Cancellations:

  • Less than 24 hours: I can rearrange the session with you (no more than once). Payment is non refundable.
  • 24-48 hours: I can rearrange the session with you (no more than once) or give you a 20% refund.
  • 2-7 days: I can rearrange the session with you (no more than once) or give you a 50% refund.
  • 8 or more days notice: I can rearrange the session with you (no more than once) or give you a 90% refund.
  • In the unlikely event I need to cancel this would only be for unforeseen illness or emergency, I can rearrange, or refund your payment in full.
